Headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, nearly 1,500 team members operate at 12 specialty product manufacturing and production facilities across North America. Calumet products are available in more than 90 countries across the world, serving nearly 3,000 customers globally.

We specialize in meeting the specific product needs of our customers to provide solutions to sustain and enhance life’s most essential products and provide a brighter future for generations to come. At Calumet, we are shaping a world that is safer, healthier and more connected than ever before.

Our Dickinson and Karns City plants maintain the following Product Safety Policy that is appropriate to the direction and strategic goals of the company as expressed in our Vision, Mission, and Values.

    • We are committed to continually improving the effectiveness of our Product Safety System to ensure we meet the needs and requirements of our company, industry, and customers.
    • We are committed to satisfying applicable requirements FSSC 22000 Certification scheme and Halal.
    • We are committed to complying with applicable statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements.
    • We are committed to ensure competencies related to food safety are preserved.

Quality Objectives are established by top management following a 4-tier system. These objectives are measurable, consistent with Quality Policy, relevant to conformity of products, communicated, updated as appropriate, and monitored through the improvement process.
